NOTE: It is NOT drawn wrong, the town of Deaf Ears Bay is ACTUALLY on the water. Three large cargo barges ran aground and, instead of freeing them, the owner sold them to a man named Walter Perry, who built a "town" on top of them. A fleet of moored houseboats serves as a hotel, with a collection of over 50 boats purchased from around the island. There is also a more conventional motel built atop one of the barges, with 15 rooms. Also built were a bar, a general store and a restaurant. There are also many shops on boats that shop owners ferry out to the town. Some are permanent.
