hi hi hi hi hi (At a studio, Rocket and the other TAG VI contestants are really bored) Rocket: “It’s been months since the entry round of TAG VI. Loxi said that Round 1 might take a while to be released, but...this is too long! All of us have been waiting here, hoping for Round 1 to start; but, alas, it has not. Some people lost patience and left, while others remain here...some have lost their sanity, though.” (One contestant is in the corner paranoid) Contestant 1: “Round 1’s gonna start soon...it’s gonna start soon...WHEN WILL IT START?!?!” (Another contestant is crawling around like a dog) Contestant 2: “Bark bark! Awoooooo!” Contestant 3: “Dude, you’re not a dog.” Contestant 2: “GRRRRRRRR!” (Contestant 2 pounces on Contestant 3) (Contestant 4 walks up to Rocket) Contestant 4: “Yo, Rocket, when’s Loxi gonna Round 1 gonna start? We’ve been waiting for, like, forever!” Contestant 5: “Two forevers, actually: I counted.” Rocket: “I’m not sure, but I hope it starts soon! I...need...to...ANIMATE!” Loxi: “Psst! Rocket!” (Rocket looks and sees Loxi behind a curtain) Rocket: “Loxi! Is Round 1 starting?!?!” Loxi: “What? No! Come here!” (Loxi takes Rocket behind the curtain and backstage) Rocket: “What’s going on? We’ve been waiting forever, and some contestants even left!” Loxi: “I’M DONE WITH SCRATCH! AND TAG VI!” Rocket: “GASP!” Loxi: “I can’t do this! It’s taking up all of my time! And I have a life outside of Scratch, you know!” Rocket: “You do? What’s that like?” Loxi: “NEVERMIND! I’m choosing YOU to host the contest. Okay?” Rocket: “Wait...me? You want ME to host TAG VI?” Loxi: “YES! I said that, right?” Rocket: “But...why?” Loxi: “BECAUSE WHY NOT! But, before I go, I do need to explain some things about being host—“ (Rocket starts dancing and singing) Rocket (singing): “I’m the host of TAG Six; oh, what a twist! I’m the host of TAG Six; I’m gonna shake up the mix!” Loxi: “Rule number one of hosting...NO SINGING!” Rocket: “Oh, I’m sorry! What are the other rules?” Loxi: “I DON’T HAVE TIME TO EXPLAIN! I’M LEAVING! Ugh, let me make a call...” (Loxi pulls out his phone and calls Cartoonimator) Loxi: “Hey Cartoonimator, I have cake.” (Cartoonimator instantly shows up) Cartoonimator: “WHERE’S THE CAKE?!?!” Loxi: “There is no cake, it was a lie. NOW HELP ROCKET HOST TAG VI! OK? OK! BYE!” (Loxi leaves and slams the door behind him) Rocket: “Hey, you’re Cartoonimator! You hosted TAG III!” Cartoonimator: “Yep! And TAG VI, apparently.” Rocket: “So...now what?” Cartoonimator: “Oh, I know! Loxi was talking about some secret thing trying to stop TAG, right? Tell me what that is!” Rocket: “Uh...he never told me.” (The two start panicking and scream. Dramatic music plays) Rocket: “SOMETHING’S TRYING TO END TAG, AND WE DON’T KNOW WHAT IT IS!” Cartoonimator: “YEAH, AND SOMETHING’S TRYING TO END TAG, TOO!” Rocket: “I ALREADY SAID THAT!” Cartoonimator: “OH, SORRY! IT’S HARD TO HEAR WITH THIS LOUD DRAMATIC MUSIC PLAYING!” (The music stops) Rocket: “Ah, that’s much—“ Cartoonimator: “OH GOOD THE MUSIC STOPPED! WE DON’T HAVE TO SHOUT!” Rocket: “Yes, we DON’T have to shout.” Cartoonimator: “Yeah.” (They stand there awkwardly) Cartoonimator: “So...how are we gonna figure out who, or what, is trying to end TAG?” Rocket: “I’m not sure...sometimes there’s a map to things that are hidden!” Cartoonimator: “Isn’t that usually for treasure, though? Don’t think treasure is trying to end TAG...” Contestant 1: “Hey! Loxi! When’s Round 1 starting?” (Rocket and Cartoonimator walk outside, where the contestants are in a mob state) Contestants: “ROUND 1! ROUND 1! ROUND 1!” Rocket: “Guys, guys, calm down!” Contestant 3: “Where’s Loxi?” Rocket: “Uh, well...he left.” (The contestants gasp) Contestant 5: “NOOOOOOOOOO!” Cartoonimator: “Don’t worry, though: Rocket and I will be hosting TAG VI now!” (The crowd is silent) Contestant 5: “NOOOOOOOOOO!” Contestant 4: “Yo, dudes, if you’re hosting TAG VI and all, when’s Round 1, like, gonna start?” Cartoonimator: “Well...uh...now?” (The crowd cheers) Contestant 1: “And what’s the theme?” Rocket: “Uh...well...you have to...use...a...map?” Contestant 3: “A map?” Rocket: “Yes...a map!” Contestant 5: “What kind of map?” Cartoonimator: “Any map!” Contestant 4: “How will we know if we’re not following the theme?” Cartoonimator: “IF YOU’RE NOT FOLLOWING A MAP!!! NOW GO ANIMATE!!!” (Rocket and Cartoonimator go backstage) Rocket: “Now, while they animate, let’s find out who’s trying to stop TAG...”
