Volkia comes upon the capital of Poetia and captures it, ending when the president of Poetia surrendered. Volkia then writes a treaty that can end the First Regional War while also trying to recover from the bombings and to make sure this type of situation doesn’t happen again. Volkia wants to have this version signed by the countries involved, but is also willing to find a compromise.
