Once the title screen is gone, click on buttons to change your boss's appearance and functionality. The triangles are page switchers. There are multiple pages of appearance, funcitonality, and more and the eye mod adds wall of flesh its servant wall of robotic flesh and its servant more eyes and servants laser eyes too
