Click the help button for instructions but don't click any other buttons in the game while the help is playing (e.g. test sugar, diary etc.). If you have any other questions, ask in comments. When you choose how much insulin to inject, you can only answer 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and so on to 6.0. I know it isn't too much, but remember that the patient will be too ill if their blood sugar levels are under 2.0, or over 33.0, and it will be game over. Many diabetics are on Scratch and some have made their own simulators or plan to and trust me, they are the BEST at this game.
