If you aren't into RPGs this project probably won't be amazingly interesting to you. SEE INSIDE is very important here. Veery important. There's no UI made for it, so you'll need to look inside and show the lists you think are interestng. The IP gauge is basically where a character is in terms of when it gets to do things. When a character gets to 75% along the IP gauge, it decides on doing something. The only thing it can do right now is attack something. When it gets to 100%, it commences its planned action.
