Use arrow keys or the on-screen buttons to navigate 1. On your first remix, form a nation anywhere where there isn't already one. Fill it with a colour that isn't already claimed, the land colour or the sea colour 2. If this isn't your first remix, you can make an action with your nation. You may ONLY control your own nation. Examples of actions include: expanding, making your population grow, allying with other nations, declaring war, etc. 3. Each user may only have up to 2 nations at a time on one account only 4. Only the owner (@rcutb) is allowed to add or remove rules. They are also allowed to break rules, through they will only do that if necessary (e.g. someone else broke the rules.) 5. If users break rules, the owner (@rcutb) may give an appropriate punishment (e.g. reducing their nation's land) 6. Don't make too many backdrops in one remix; a reasonable limit is 3 backdrops/remix, 2 if a lot of events 7. Do not be overpowered. Examples of this include claiming way too much land in too little time, growing your population too fast, or other unrealistic actions. Anyone can then make a "NO BIGLY OP" backdrop to undo your OP actions 8. You cannot remix your own project. This applies both to one account and two different accounts 9. The person who leaves a comment implying that they're remixing first gets the remix, nobody else. This claim lasts for 30 minutes at maximum 10. Every 200 events (not backdrops, events do not include backdrops with "NO BIGLY OP"), all backdrops except the first and last are removed. This is so loading times stay relatively low.
