On the brink of war, Volkia establishes an international airport and its own airline, Volkia Air. Volkia also develops tourist attractions and events to make people want to visit Volkia. Because of this, Volkia becomes a cultural melting pot, attracting people from all around the world to experience a mirage of cultures in a single country. To top it all off, Volkia has founded an organization called Music In Our World that aims to express many cultures through music. People see Volkia as the land of wealth and prosperous people as Volkia becomes a cultural superpower. Volkia has also withdrawn some of their own troops with the inactivity of KAAAA and Poetia.
