The game is paused when you start! < Play the game using turbowarp for no lag: > https://turbowarp.org/901185199 Controls: > Space - Unpause game > Mouse click - Pick country, select region, select unit Tutorial: - Diplomacy: > In order to make allies, create factions and declare wars you will need to use the diplomacy tab. > To open the diplomacy tab click on any country. > In this panel you can change your relations with other countries. > To exit click on the sea or one of the grey areas. - Factories & Supply: > Absolute War calculates your battle strength based on division numbers and potential lack of supply, so for a succesfull army you need a ton of divisions and supply. > To build new factories hit the factory icon on the top of the screen, the economy window should apear, now click the build factories button and click on one of your regions that doesn't have maxxed out factories. > If your equipment stockpile dips below 0 your troops will get debuffs increasing with the amount of supply your lacking indicated by the yellow and red arrows next to your division icon. > Your stockpile will go down only when you make new units and/or engage in combat, the attacking side loses significantly more equipment than the defending side of battles. - Army Managment: > New units are made in any of the capitals that you own, meaning that if you don't own any capitals you won't be able to spawn new units. > To enable/disable new troop generation hit the troop generation button on the top of the screen. > New units cost 100 supply to make and are made automatically if generation is enabled, they won't generate if you lack the supply. > To automatically cover your front lines click the green plus icon on the top of the screen, the front editor window should apear, now click on countries that you want your troops to be close to. To exit the window click the green plus icon again, to remove frontlines click the minus icon instead. > To attack enemy units first click on your unit (note: it needs to be close to the tile you want to attack) and then click on the tile you want to attack and a battle indicator should apear.
