When I saw him it was Jack-o-lantern all the way. ~Jack~ He/him Age: 15 Jack was born in a pumpkin patch and never really explored much. One day he started to hear a noise. Some men were harvesting the pumpkins. He ran off to the nearby corn field. He stayed there till about a month when he started to hear noises. He wandered into the town and saw all the Jack-o-lanterns, costumes and candy. People who saw him were not surprised because everyone had a beast. This was not uncommon to see one wandering. Maybe looking for it’s human. He wandered into a carnival and heard some sniffing outside a horror house. A little kid was crying against the wall. He wandered up to him. He had pitch black hair and when he looked up at the pumpkin wolf he looked with two icy blue eyes. The kid had a black eye. Without knowing how Jack telepathly talked to the kid. “Are u alright?” The kid looked in shock. “I Can hear u! Are you my beast?!” Jack was confused “Beast?” The boy nodded “Everyone is born with a beast for them. People usually find theirs by 6 or 7. They are bonded and can never be separated only by death. That’s what caused this,” he pointed to his black eye, “I haven’t gotten my beast yet so they bully me. I’m almost 10. But..but” Jack finished the sentence for him, “But now you found yours. Me.” The kid smiled and hugged him. “I’ll take good care of you. You will be fed whatever you want and can sleep in my bed!” Jack never expected this to happen but was not disappointed. He didn’t know if it was the beast and human connection but he loved him already.
