It occurred to me that filling an arbelos is very quick and simple since all the shapes are circles. All you need is three dots and a thick line that covers the bottom half. But before I got to covering up the bottom half, I realized that it looked like a nice reflection, so I stamped a gradation over it, and tadaa :D
