Yeah this was a random idea I had while not working on another AY project because lord do I need a break. Anyway yeah here's Blast, the... new member? Old member? A member of Team Dark... sort of... yeah let me explain down below.
Metal is made by Eggman (yes the one from Sonic) and was designed to be like Metal Sonic, but for my character Cyan, thus looking like Cyan... from a distance. However, unlike Metal Sonic, Metal Cyan is piloted by a wisp, similar to how the old badnicks had animals in them. Unlike those robots, however, Blast wanted to pilot this robot. Similar to Jade, Blast saw that wisps were leaving their planet for Earth ever since their blue savior stopped Eggman (from the events of Sonic Colors, go look at someone play that if you haven't played it) and asked to be the thing piloting (and powering) Metal Cyan, so that he could stop wisps from leaving their home for Earth. However, unlike Cyan and Jade (and Laser), Blast couldn't evolve to be bigger like them since he's always in a cramped space in Metal Cyan, thus being way smaller despite being the same species. However, Blast learned English to talk to a majority of Earth's population, just like the other wisp characters. And before you ask, yes Metal has his own personality and "emotions", but he's powered by Blast and thus will never be seen powered up while next to Blast, so similar to Glitch never appearing with EC or Corruption, Blast and Metal will rarely be in the same room.
