I'm sharing this about a quarter to 7 am (local time) and it's already been a good day so far. My mom enacted our yearly birthday tradition of waking me up singing "Happy Birthday" and giving me a sprinkle donut with strawberry frosting with a birthday candle in it (to make a birthday wish; I always wish for it to be a good day, among other things). And, as me, my mom, and my siblings went through the Starbucks drive-thru (like we do every school day), my mom asked if I wanted anything to drink. Of course, I said yes. I mean, who'd pass up a free drink? And on your birthday? No way I'd pass it up. I said, "Can I have a white mocha, please?" So, she got me a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino, which, because it's white chocolate mocha instead of regular mocha, it's sweeter than mocha, which I like. And to top it all off, my three-year-old little sister Abigail repeatedly said "Happy birthday" to me in the car. Sure, some other people might find that to be annoying, but I don't. I think it's really sweet. Anyway, I hope for this to be a good day. And why wouldn't it be? It's my birthday! :D
