This is Silver Tongue. She is a pegasus mare. She had loving parents, a beautiful house, and a lot of friends. Until her parents were killed. She was left with foster parents who hated her: Including her voice. They stitched her mouth shut, and when she tried to call for help, they shot her. She wanders the night, looking for them, or someone who could help her find her voice again.
