RULES: -There will be 2 catergories: Scratch-made entries and entries made with a different program. -Scratch-made entries must be animated* AND shaded please**. You can use any colors or animations you want, you just have to make them yourself. -Other-program made entries: You can use special effects, Animation* and shading** are not required. -Please put effort into your entry. -Adding music is recommended but optional. If you don't add it, it will not affect if you win or not. It's the Coloring/Animation/Art that counts. =) -Feel free to do multiple sprites. -Absolutely no blood, cuts, scratches, etc.. -You can change the line art, but it still must be cats. You can make minor changes (ie eyelashes, wings, accessories) but no changing the animal. -No using ANYTHING in the example except the cat lineart -No copying. -No complaining, =( 's, etc. if you don't win. -No cursing anywhere for any reason. -No saying mean things about someone else's entry or going 'UGH, mine is so bad!!'. *: Animating is what they do in cartoons, like something walking or blinking. The example is animated. **: Shading is putting shadows under the head, body, etc., making it more realistic. The example is mostly shaded. ***NOTICE: If you break any rules, you are disqualified. That doesn't mean you can't participate, it just means you can't get in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place for your catergory. (Unless if there are 3 people entering in that catergory.)***
