On December 22nd, 2015, DreamWorks Animation, Tenor Plush Films, Oriental DreamWorks, Funimation, Subway, Village Roadshow, Nintendo, Toei Animation, Pringles, Warner Bros. Animation, and POE decided to buy SammyWorks XD to share with SammyWorks and Disney for $2 billion.
