Spectra's scarf has always been a symbol of comfort and security for her. She's always had one throughout the good times of her life. It keeps her stable and calm. She was given a scarf right after she was born. It was a longer one with a triangle symbol on it's ends. It resembled a maroon color, similar to the stripes on her sweater. It was given to her by her father. She always wore it, only taking it off to occasionally wash it. It was one of the things she cherished the most. You would most commonly see her hiding her face in it whenever she was upset or slightly snuggling her head into it for warmth. However, when she was captured and tortured by the pure heroes, she was forced to watch as that scarf, the symbol of safety and her father's love, burn to ashes. During the time she spent stuck in the caves, she didn't have one. She was forced to face the cold caverns with no protection or safety. When she was rescued by Cube, she was given one of Cube's older scarfs: a shorter, vibrant blue scarf with ripped ends, after she found it in a closet and grew attached to it. She treats it exactly like the one she had before, despite not even remembering anything about her life before the caves. She still wears it all the time. It serves as her comfort item, keeping her stable and sane, even as the challenges she faces grow tougher and more severe. It serves as a symbol of hope, of love, and of light.
