[RULES] Towers can NOT be OP cats and non-cats are fine, but the max cats and non-cats for each remix is 4 you can port defenders but they need to have a new unique attack enemys have to be IA/Item Asylum Uncertified dummy's or cats! Nerfs and buffs is needed for certain situations you must have permission to add rules
