Please don't use a lineart or base. Don't do a recolor, but you wouldn't really want to since you need the same colors as shown to draw the girl... Also... You CAN enter more than once but you'll only win once. And no copying (that also means no using a base!). (if you enter more than once please put it in the same project, its easier for me) :) TIPS: 1. Shade 2. Highlight 3. Add a cool background 4. Put the character in a cool pose 5. Give the character a backstory, if you do you will have a higher chance of winning, and if its really good writing even better. 6. use another program. 7. animate :) Also, if you want to draw the character's full body she is wearing jean shorts, multicolored stripy knee-high socks, and red sneakers.
