San Diego Motorsports was founded in 2019 in San Diego, California to compete in many different leagues, while the team got off to a slow start due to world events. Around 2022 they finally received the financial backing needed to compete in racing leagues around the world. Now they were bought out by Hornet Motorsports giving them the needed financial backing.
