to evolve your Eevee its level needs to be 36,37,38,39 or 40 then you need to take your Eevee on walks untill it shows the evolution button (giving it water and food also helps) then when you click it you need to type the first letter of the pokemon you want your Eevee to evolve into example: e for Espeon or u for Umbreon yes you can have your Eevee be a shiny by clicking the flag untill it is a shiny if there are any gliches please let me know also tell me what your Eevee evolved into mine turned into shiny Umbreon if you don't want your Eevee to evolve then have its level be past 40 then the evolution button will not appear (probably) tell me anything else I should add by the way! also the magic button is a button that lets you evolve your Eevee for free but it needs a code if you do find out the code then comment it tell the next pokemon I should make you take care of
