I've made some changes to the game. I've added more troops and the British Navy, so capturing London won't be as easy. I've also added wins and losses. If Germany captures Moscow and London, you win. If Britain or the USSR captures Berlin, you lose. I've also nerfed the bombard a bit so it doesn't completely defeat troops. I also made the game more hardcore so you won't win easily but i added way more Axis troops. British navies are like a barrier for the british Simply like guards but they won't move. Since you will have many troops with you, I will nerf Germany's Economy and make bombard less expensive.
