First Officer Atih Kiran, according to the interrogation, was quote "I have no experience on flight that is 3 hours long. I only fly low-wing cantilever for short flights only, around 45 to 1 hour. The pressure is insane if you understand." Kakichichai Air is very bad at training crews, which have given the fact of the disaster. -Air Traffic Controller issue: The Air Traffic Controller in charge of the flight: Eleanor Merriweather, has been reported to have been fatigued when the flight was still in the safe times. This had lead to mistaken choice of letting the plane land in a bad conditions. She had been reported of overdose of caffeine, sedatives draugs and sleeping pills.
