If you don’t know, DMC stands for Draw My Character, which is a contest in which artists will enter their own drawings of my OCs. So here I present my two OCs, Jillian and Taryn! They’re both elves and they’re best friends, I’m hoping to make more lore in the future but for now my ref info will have to do. Now let’s start with the boring part: rules. You have to follow these for your entry to count. 1: All art must be yours, meaning you can’t use picrews, bases, character makers, tracing or any form of art theft. You can use a background by someone else but you have to give credit. 2: Feel free to enter for both characters if you want, but you can only win for 1. 3: Please don’t genderbend or change species, sorry! 4: You can do digital or traditional art, as long as it’s yours! (I generally prefer digital but it really depends on the piece) 5: If you want you can change small details about the character for your entry. 6: Please remix to enter and make sure it’s in the correct studio! (listed in the notes + credits) 7: Keep in mind that I’m a mobile user so it would be really nice if you entry was mobile friendly Anyone can enter as long as you follow these rules! (Basically I’ll put a list of things that will make your entry better and more likely to win) 1: Draw the character(s) in a cool pose 2: Draw expressions 3: Draw in a cool/unique style 4: Draw a background that relates to the drawing (setting) 5: Interesting lighting 6: I definitely prefer quality > quantity And none of those things are required or anything, just reccommendations!
