Annabelle was part of the LNER P1 class as only two of her class was made. She was numbered 1620 and was mostly put on goods and coal trains. Just like the P1s, she was fitted with boosters and that was supposed to help her and her twin be better and stronger but they were removed in 1938, she sadly didn't get much action in BR days, she was a banker for a while, then turned into a heating way for sheds to keep warm. I forgot to mention she was supposed to be scrapped after WW2 but she was bought by a private owner. Alas, her Brother had gotten the axe and she really was just the last P1. Going to the 60s, Annabelle had taken mixed trains and was withdrawn in 1964 and was supposed to be scrapped at Barry scrapyard. They didn't really wanna cut her up so fast and was hoping someone would buy her so slowly, they just broke her down slowly but surely and Annabelle thought it was the end for her. Cut to 1980 where Annabelle is on her last heels as she was nearly done that was until Sir Topham had bought her from Barry along with a ivatt tank engine and Tender Engine. Annabelle was gonna be a suprise for one of Topham's friends and when she heard she was saved, she couldn't believe it and was so happy. She was sent to sodor where she was kept private going under overhaul at Crovans Gate through 1981-1986. She finally rolled out in 1989 and was sent over to wales to when she would become one of the first 5 (Those 5 being Brighton, Debbie, 109, Kris and herself) engines of the Little Brighton Wailand Railway. eventually she didn't wanna be numbered 5 and instead, picked the number 8. 8 was one of the digits of her brother and she wanted 8 to remember him. When more engines started to come, both steam and diesel (Diesels were told about the P1s) were amazed to see Annabelle, everyone treated her like she was some sort of a celeb! She took it all with a grain of salt and had loved everyone that came and went on the railway. When Jitterbug passed in 2004 and her spirit could've been seen through 2008-2018, Annabelle was the first engine to ever see Jitterbug and had helped the Dockington Branch try to confront her but not banished her as to Jitterbug, Annabelle was like a big sister to her. Eventually in present day, Annabelle is still in steam; she helps with the Blue blur but mostly you'll see her on locals and goods trains.
C2a Annabelle's personality can be seen as optimistic, creative and can mostly be chill whenever she pleases, though she can and will be ambitious if given the chance
