The final mega structure or project any universe or mega cluster province that the Amalgamate resides in, is the Valsier Cryogenic Vault, or the VCV. The VCV is a mega structure that is built to house trillions of people within cryogenic pod vaults, built around a galactic center's black hole, so it could power itself off of it for practically infinite energy. These things are often built in universes where due to factors out of the control of the Amalgamate, the universe is either on the brink of universal heat death, in the middle of universal heat death, or relatively close to universal heat death. The four quadrants, or wings of the structure, all contain the cryogenic pods, each wing having trillions of them. The central structure around the black hole the four wings are attached to is the node, in which most of the space is taken up by circuitry for a massive supercomputer that hosts the AI that runs the complex, docking ports, storage, batteries, and some other essentials. The recent astronomical rise in the rate at which universal heat death approaches most universes has forced the importing of resources, overtime work on industrial sectors, and civilian unrest. Each vault is built to hold every resident for an indeterminately long time, and has some of the most powerful shields, as practical infinite power generation has provided for it.
