Instructions

Press space to spawn a spider bee. They will collect honey from 1 of the 3 flowers and store it in the hiveweb. Click on the hiveweb when it's full to collect the honey. Differences between spider bees and normal bees: Spider bees have 8 legs and 8 eyes, and 4 wings. Spider bees attach themselves to the flowers and extract honey, whereas normal bees stand on the flower and collect it. Spider bees build webs to store honey. The stands are made partially out of honey, so they're slightly sticky. The web is similar to an orb web. Bugs sometimes fly into the web, and get in the honey. To prevent this, a few bees fly around the web and catch bugs by wrapping them up midair. They do not eat the bugs, so they fall to the ground, where they are sometimes eaten by small birds or other animals. Because of this, some animals will wait near the web and eat the fallen bugs. Building the web: After the leader spider bee signals to the others to start, they fly haphazardly around the web area, attaching stands as they go. This creates a messy conglomeration. The bees remove extra stands and put more in rows in empty spaces. Putting honey in: Groups of bees choose spots to put honey. These spread outwards. The speed of the spread is determined by the number of bees. The size of the group can range from about 2 to 7. The bees put honey along the rows. Bees not in groups usually help other groups. The bees walk along the strands of the web to put honey in. when they're not collecting honey, they wander around the strands of the web and communicate to other spider bees
