This one is a variant of ABCreate's Crazy Car Lightning McQueen, made by Ding Dang Toys based on Pingu. It has lights, bump and go action and plays "Boom Boom Boom Boom" by Vengaboys, followed by car sounds. Like the Phineas and Ferb variant, the box shows the company's logo and mascot.
