Sonic Ultra is a 16-bit game based on the story of the Sonic 2 Movie, but with Sonic 1-3 elements like Green Hill Zone, Labyrinth (come to think of it, labyrinth is in the sonic 2 movie), and Marble Zone. But the movie world and the 16-bit world will clash, meaning that the game will transition with 16-bit and movie dimensions.
