There were two COs in Orange Star; Andy and Miller, and in Blue Moon, Sasha and Colin. Notification: I'm sorry, I lost Episode 2. All that happens is Andy and Miller plan to find Sasha, but on their way to mainland, they find Tiklou and battle him. Tiklou sends a Mega Tank, but across the river, a rockets beat it down and the Md. Tanks Andy has helps. So Andy and Miller beat the Scrounger.
