How to unlock: - Start as Poland on any start date. - Wait until Germany does the "Danzig or War" focus. - Say no. (as one does) - Lose the war. - When you get the capitulation news, choose to be the Polish Government In Exile, instead of the General Government. - Boom! You got yourself a secret focus tree! :D Pro Tip: The "Turning a New Leaf" focus path is actually faster than the normal path because you dont have to secure support from the allies before you can continue.
