Ability Description - The user can manipulate (magic lolipops) and the smoke that comes from them. The user can also manipulate all the parts of the lolipop effectively. The effects of the lolipop become stronger based on how well crafted the lolipop itself is.
Major Summary : Works as part of Dark Flare. He is high ranking, but has been plotting to overthrow Fazel. He’s figured out Fazel’s ability, and has made sure not to betray Fazel or get affected by his ability. He’s also kind of a scum. He also likes magic loli-pops. Everything except music by me
