So I recently met a guy on Scratch who was kind of a jerk and also probably a h0m0ph0b3. Here's what happened. This started with a short, simple comment from him that went, "If you advertise, you're gay." While I am all for anti-advertising, this was a bit h0m0ph0b!c, and I don't condone that stuff. So I replied, pointing out that I was bi/ace and also didn't advertise. I'd like to say that the reason behind my sexuality might be a bit confusing, but here goes. Basically, I'm still kind of questioning where I am, and since I can 'see myself' as being both an asexual and a bisexual, I kind of just stay there for now while I'm still finding out who I am as a person. After this was posted, him (and another user) both proceeded to ask how I was two opposing sexualities. I told them simply that it was my choice and I didn't fully understand it either. The third party - thankfully - chose not to press any further and didn't ask anything else, as far as I'm aware. However, this guy just would not stop. He proceeded to continually question - no, criticize - my decision, as well as respond with some blatantly offensive stuff, calling asexuality 'stupid' and saying he didn't care what I thought. I admit that I did not handle the situation with the most maturity. However, stuff like this gets on my nerves, and I know there are several other people out there who would agree with me. This is not an attempt to get people to hate on this person; I am merely informing you that this has happened. Thank you for reading.
