When we find him with the claw scratches down his chest, most people assumed it was monty because he has claws to play his guitar. Those claws weren’t installed until after Bonnie went missing, and Monty didn’t have aggression issues till after that either. Besides, before the aggression issues, I don’t think Monty was the type to take down someone he admired just for the sake of being among the other Glamrocks. He wanted to be up there with Bonnie. But when Vanny gets the security bots to tear up Freddy in one of the endings, he has similar claw-like marks. So maybe like Freddy, maybe Bonnie was resisting Burntrap’s control and/or trying to protect one of the missing kids and Vanny decommissioned him by sending the security bots after him? I don’t know if that’s correct or not, the prototype Freddy seen in Ruin also has claws so it could’ve been him (in the case where Freddy had aggression issues or was more under Burntrap’s control in the past, but after Bonnie was decommissioned they wiped Freddy’s memory and slapped a new casing over his endoskeleton), but it’s just my theory :’)
