FAQ, rules and design notes below. - - - - - - FAQ: -What is a DTA? DTA means Draw To Adopt. Contestants draw the characters in hopes of winning said character. Typically there is a theme. In this case, the theme is music. -How do I enter? Just draw and share your entry! No need to ask if you can join. -Is there a limit to how many entries I can make? Nope! Multiple entries might increase your chances of winning, but if you only want to do one, that’s also totally fine! -What would increase my chances of winning? High quality art, backstories, animations, AMVs, PMVs, multiple entries. In the end, though, Quality > Quantity. -Can I change the species? Yes, it’s fine to change the species. However, It isn’t recommended. -Is simplifying/changing the design allowed? Yes, but only a very slight amount. If you were to simplify/change the whole design, what would be the point of entering? You could just create it yourself. -What is the deadline? The current date that this ends is January 20th. Extensions will be allowed up to the 25th. -What are the prizes? If this happens, you will be disqualified. -Read all of the rules. -The c0d3w0rd is just to see how many people actually read all this. - - - - - - ✨The Designs✨ Shivers || 6/10 || I was trying to go for a hot-and-cold feel with this design, whilst also trying to keep the romantic elements of the song. Idk how well I did. Hiding In The Blue || 9/10 || The clouds are optional. I love this design so much. You'll have to really impress me if you want it. >:] Enchanted Tiki Room || 7/10 || Why did I choose this song? Because I can. I went for a rainforest-explorer type vibe with this design. The thing on their “belt” is a tiki carving. Lone Digger || 9/10 || This song is so good. I tried going for a neon villain theme. The pink and the green paws are “detached.” The tail does has mouth at the end of it for some reason lol
