Nukes are allowed, BUT and a VERY BIG BUT, You MUST have my approval to make/produce them and fire them. If you do, the entire rp that includes you launching or making nukes is invalid. VI. Don't start random wars for NO REASON. VII. Wars and RP in general are favorable towards detailed RP and complex strategies and moves. You're not going to win a war by just saying "We invade and begin taking their key cities". VIII. For the love of god, YOU DONT CONTROL OTHER PEOPLE'S DECISIONS!!!!!!!!! IX. I control AI, rule 8 still applies to rule 9 too. X. Unions are restricted to only 2 people since a 3 or 4 state union is WAY too OP. XI.
