And to @LunaMoon255 for being the best pony artist ever :D Basically, Cloud Runner tore off her feathers in depression but soon she tore off so many that she couldn't fly, and was kicked out of her home. She eventually just ripped off the rest since they were in the way. That's why she always has a blanket om her, and to hide her cutie mark. Ya, I changed her design XD
