As The Steel Mace reaches 4,489 members, they grow tired of the blockade surrounding them. Mad scientist: Vondo, infamous for making hundreds of thousands of rockets in his career, gave a few thousand to the Steel Mace. On the command of Sogran, nearly 4.5k rockets were launched, blasting New Palen's navy to bits. Because of this, the cult can now leave the island more easily. However, they used up every single ingredient they needed for new rockets. But now since they can escape, they can get even more rockets. But it seems, that they were not done yet. You see, Operation Jove nearly failed, because hundreds of members died retrieving their prize. Unfortunately, those numbers have been replaced. They launched another rocket, but it was...different. The rocket landed on a Skothic Town, and a weird chemical filled the air. People who came in contact with this got gray skin, and died on the 4th day. This new disease spread like wildfire. This can only mean they have gotten a hold of Biological Weapons. Not only this, but they have sent a letter to us...as for Vondo, we have arrested his colleague, but as for Vondo. Well, I hate to admit it, but we lost contact with the 5 Spec Ops sent to hunt him. We now believe that Vondo is perhaps even Sogran's new apprentice, to replace the one which the CEU captured...
