hello everyone!! welcome to our winter/christmas map call~ one of the many many maps we have sadly abandoned over the years. anyways, we figured it was time to make penance for some of that and decided to repost it! this song is one of our favorites, and the map idea was fun - not to mention that several parts were completed before we ended up putting this project on hold. glad to be back at it now! :D we know it’s a bit early for a winter map, but maps do take some time to get off the ground and put together so we figured it was better safe than sorry :D anyways, lets get straight down to business—the rules are below ^^ please read em all if you’re interested in a part! <3 ~ rules: 1 ~ think you know this, but don’t use stolen art!! all of your part must be your own except the music and characters 2 ~ this is an anything map! feel free to use either OCs or fandom characters alike :D just give credit where credit is due. 3 ~ pretty much any experience level is welcome, so don’t feel afraid to apply. :) 4 ~ no codeword needed, just ask for the part you’d like <3 but please read the rules!! we’ll know if you don’t ;) 5 ~ parts are gonna be relatively short, so due date is 3 weeks. you can request an extension for *up to* 2 more weeks, with extra time given if a WIP is posted :) 6 ~ follow the palette please!! if you don’t we’ll either not use your part or request that you change this. the palette is described in detail inside in backdrops. 7 ~ no forever blocks or using the backdrop, please! stick to 2 sprites as well!! doing so makes our job putting together the map a whole ton more difficult so we’d appreciate it if you helped us out by following this rule ^^ 8 ~ make sure to follow the Christmas/winter theme, i.e., having them wearing scarves and big coats, Christmas lights out, giving presents, and generally doing Christmas/winter related things :) 9 ~ PMV or AMV is acceptable! But please give us links to your animations if you want to try out for AMV. unfortunately, if the user was inactive for over 6 months (or, in one case, 5 months with comments off) and their part was incomplete, we removed them from the map. </3 please contact us if you would like to regain your part, or if you would like to redo an already completed part (I understand these are a few years old). thank you <3
