What is Madness Duels? Madness Duels is where two madness animators animate a grunt taking a turn, like grabbing a weapon, winding up a punch, going to attack, and the other animates their turn, like dodging, or not dodging. Both animators take turns untill one of their grunts take a fatal hit.
