Testing list to the limits
I did a bit of trail and error testing. It appears 1,747,347 list items with empty string is the max that can save successfully to scratch.mit.edu using @GamingWithDominic method. Maybe single zero char is better than 2 double quotes for empty string project.json. Turbowarp removes the duplicate list eating into the 5mb limit.
