Bio: It's curious how the Retroller has nothing to do with the deep ocean, even though it has the Marine element. It's speculated that the reason why it has this element was because it adapted it's oil tank, TV screen and wheels to be able to work underwater without problems. It's also speculated that the reason is because it can swim in the ocean with it's wheels.
