There have been many theories about how the Quadrelectro came to be. Some think that they were an attempt at creating a Wublin from two triangles and a rectangle, others think that it was built in the Danger Facility. Either way, this monster is somehow able to generate electricity from it's triangles which it has decorated to look like tesla coils.
