(the dictator's phantom) when Grey, a simple flowershop owner, is mistaken for a terrorist and gets sent to a scientific lab where she is tested and tortured and eventually experiemented on to become a phantom, she must decide whether or not to break out and risk her life, or stay and rot, watching as the dictator, Achlys, slowly tries to destroy and rule over countries to fill his bloodlusten heart.
