This was one of Zin's many experiments with creating life which caused "The Rival". The Rival's purpose is to act as a murder machine, killing his required target. However he's not stupid, far from it. He's calculated with his attacks and will try to trick the target into wasting any thing they can use to their advantage
Based off the Nemesis from Resident evil. He's not an exe hunter, He's an assassin
