Sogran has said live, that he wishes to be a rightful nation, and calls his cult: The Steel Mace. However, we are not inclined to, due to their terrorist actions. They do not have rockets, but they seem to be planning something, and may be getting more rockets. As of now, the numbers of the cult has reached to 3,364 people. Though most of the cult is citizens joining out of fear, The Steel Mace trains them well. Evidentally, all soldiers (Except Sogran and some Generals) are the same rank. Sogran trained 4 Generals, and these 4 Generals train the soldiers. Sogran trained his Generals to be basiclaly same skill as spec op, and the generals are required to train the soldiers to be spec ops. So while their numbers are low, they are actually receiving some of the highest training on the planet. The Steel Mace, when they were smaller, were the ones who invaded Skoth's skyscraper, and assassinated Skoth. We estimate that back then, there were less than a hundred of them, and they slayed 200 men with ease. As far as we know, there are no casualties for their side, but it's probable there was at least 1. Sogran himself is a threat. Looking in files of Sogran, we have found that he was a skilled assassin, killing many major leaders of old.
