Project Content: Sooooo... Big update here I entered for and won Indigo last October, so it only felt fitting to make something nice for his anniversary. (the exact date was actually last Sunday the 15th but I couldn't get this finished in time) Here's the og dtae, if you want to go back and see my improvement (or laugh at my trashy old art /hj) https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/746146295/ However, his story was generally so cliche (what was I thinking, 2022 self?!) and boring, so I've spent the last couple of months completely reworking it, and I'm excited to share small snippets of it throughout my coming animations! One thing to note is that the name "Indigo" in generally such a common name that I went back and forth on changing it for a long time, and only came to a decision very recently. Thus, Indigo's true name is now Vibrantine - but due to LoRe ReAsOnS I'm still calling him Indigo and canonically he still goes by Indigo (the reason being something you may find out sometime later) Because he and Sienna are the only close OCs I have that aren't part of Shadowbound, they do get a lot of extra love, and I'm really invested in this new story. --- YT: none right now; this is a pretty dense project, though, so if you can't view it and would like to be pinged when I post the yt version, lmk --- Animation Talk: -Please see inside sprite "2" and admire the two pieces of fully rendered art that took hours and only show up twice, each for less than half a second... /hj -A meme this simple and loop-y shouldn't have taken so long to make... I'm pretty happy with the end result though, and this was a pretty big learning experience for me as I did a lot more tweening than I'm used to. Some things, such as the frame-by-frame to tweening transition in the main loop, could be better but overall it's not bad (for once), albeit a little underwhelming --- Extra: n/a
