RULES You have to be good and bad at one skill. You can't be OP Your quote cannot be inappropriate. The number on the Fighterpedia is based on what position you are in character select. EG: Scratch Cat would be NO.2, CMB25 would be NO.3, Rocket would be NO.4 etc...
the reason the insane mode is there is because im basing her off a character in another fighting game who is super weak in def where a strong character could kill them in 2 hits, but is super powerful with melee... and they also had a mode where they were more powerful. but unlike pogo their damage was increased by 50%
