man so my wd. cultures teacher, we were talking about how back in 1765-67 britain started putting taxes on everything and how they were taking advantage of power, and she said if she was a king, someone would eventually stab her in the back so she might as well take advantage of as much as she can, and my reaction to that was basically just be a good leader and no one is gonna stab you in the back. like, for example, queen elizabeth. they were nice, which is why they died peacefully instead of getting assasinated. now, someone could argue that abraham lincoln was thoughtful and he got assassinated, but thats just because someone was against what he was doing, which was doing the right thing. if you want to have a peaceful death as a leader, you need to make the right choices for the good of everybody. take donald trump for example. its very mixed on whether people like him or not, but even that says enough. if you were truly good, almost everybody would like you (i say almost because there are always those people). you need to do the best for everyone, not just yourself, so you can be remembered as a hero or the man who stopped slavery, instead of some dirtbag who put taxes on so much people wanted to leave britain or the guy who wanted to put a wall between america and mexico. be a good leader. be like elizabeth. die peacefully instead of getting stabbed maliciously in the back during your afternoon tea. sorry just i really wanted to write this down
