The WARRIOR game engine is a robust template which allows you to make advanced tournament fighting games on Scratch; on par with a CPS2 arcade. This is also powered by RedNet; the best online gameplay for scratch fighting games. Arcade, VS Player Local, VS CPU, CPU VS CPU, VS Player Online, Survival, and Training modes are predefined. You can find them here: Basic Tutorials: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/34061388 -- Notable Games Made with this... -- SUPER: Godzilla Kaiju Fighters (Made by Us) https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/904649890/ RLFD FIGHTERS (Made by cortezmaster7) https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1013866302/ ------------------------------------------------- Version History 1.00 - Initial release 1.01 - RedNet (Online) bug fixes, fixed issue where AI starts behaving before match starts, made option to enable or disable intros before match starts. 1.1 - Redone the custom wait script for the Player script to allow more accurate timing, made changes where practice mode no longer plays intros and skips the announcer before the match starts and whenever you reset, resetting in practice mode resets the dizzy or stun values, fixed the 0-hit combo bug, made more documentation in the instruction sprite. 1.1.1 - Added a new camera interpolation feature, the select cursor in the character select now loops around the edges properly. 1.1.2 - Players turning animation is less janky, fixed the custom wait script to be more accurate, throwing attacks immediately cut into their animation instead of waiting for the entire throw attempt animation to finish. 1.1.3 - Fixed the issue where blocking could sometimes not work, Fixed the "0 Hit Combos" bug with the combo counter, Fixed "Attack Move" in Player to allow vertical movement, Fixed issue where the game can get soft-locked if both players throw at the same time, Fixed issue where if CPU vs CPU is selected, it would force CPU players in all modes, Fixed issue where ATK Mod and DEF Mod will not affect the player's ATK and DEF, Added "Screen Shake" in Player to make shake effects much easier and accessible. 1.1.4 - Fixed combat physics when players get hit in air, Fixed issue where Hard AI would block when they are stunned and during in practice mode. 1.1.5 - Fixed RedNet netcode even further, Fixed issue where player can't block against multiple projectiles, applied fix where players throws both at the same time. 1.1.6 - Fixed issue where skipping cutscenes don't work, added indicators if a character is shielded in practice mode, added more variables to customize the game engine, changed how health resets in practice mode; it resets if your HP reaches zero rather than if you are not in hurt stun, added a thumbnail to the project. Music used inside this game are from APM music and Killer Instinct 1 & 2.
